Bookings

All bookings are made on the assumption that your cat/s are fully vaccinated and you provide us with up to date vaccination records for each cat on arrival.

We regret that we are unable to take any cat that is not fully vaccinated.

Christmas and New Year bookings are subject to a minimum 7 day charge.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will be subject to full payment on booking.
Two weeks notice will be required with stays of an indefinite period.

Discounts are available for bookings over 1 month.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% is required within 14 days for all bookings made, bookings under £50 require full payment. All deposits are non-refundable

If deposit is not paid by the due date we will presume that the booking is no longer required and it will be cancelled.
Balance

The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date .

If the balance is not received by the due date the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will NOT be refunded.

Fees for long stay bookings will be payable one month in advance.

Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not be subject to any refund.
Amendments made within 30 days of arrival will still incur the full cost of the booking, any extra days will require immediate payment.

Cancellation terms apply for any reason including Covid or other pandemic, local or National lockdown enforced by the government or local authority.

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance should you need to cancel or amend your booking and look to reclaim any money paid for outstanding for Cattery fees.

We are happy to provide any receipts but will not be responsible for handling any claims.

Veterinary Care

If your cat/s should require any veterinary care whilst under our supervision then the necessary steps will be taken. We will contact your vet to take advice and should we need to do so they will be taken to them, if this is not possible then we will take them to our own appointed vet. All costs incurred will be payable when you collect your cat/s.
While your pet is in our care we will do everything to ensure their health and wellbeing, we will treat them as we would our own pets.

We still recommend that you obtain your own pet insurance as we cannot accept liability in the unlikely event that your pet is ill or passes away.

We accept no liability if your pet scratches or gnaws at any of the wooden pens or caging resulting in injury to themselves.
We accept no liability for your pet jumping from any shelf or raised area injuring itself.
We would recommend that your pet arrives in a sturdy, secure carrier as we are surrounded by open fields, trees and bushes so if your pet escapes from the carrier it would be very difficult to catch/find them.

Medication

We are happy to administer medication although there may be a small additional fee for this. We would need to discuss this with you prior to arrival. All medicines should be clearly labelled in their original packaging with clear instructions printed on them for dosage and frequency and must be legible.

Grooming

We appreciate that some breeds such as Sphynx or Persian have specific grooming requirements and we are happy to do this but it may incur an additional cost.
